All Things Handy — (SMS) Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By providing your mobile phone number to All Things Handy, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding handyman service updates, offers, confirmations, and other relevant notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Consent & Use

• Prior Express Written Consent: You must affirmatively opt in to receive messages. We do not assume permission.
• You may receive messages periodically regarding special offers, scheduling, or service reminders.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

3. Opt-Out & Help

• Text "STOP" to opt out. We will promptly honor all opt-out requests and you will receive no further messages.
• Text "HELP" at any time for support info or contact details.

4. Messaging Safety

To comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), All Things Handy will not send communications:

• Without your prior express written consent.
• Outside the time window of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time.

You must not be listed on Utah's Do-Not-Contact SMS registry — even if you have provided consent. Sending messages to registered numbers is prohibited under Utah law.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

• Your number and any collected data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will not share your phone number or associated data with third parties except as outlined in that policy.

6. Compliance with Utah Laws

We comply with Utah's Telephone and Facsimile Solicitation Act and associated rules:

• No autodialed or prerecorded commercial messages without consent.
• We honor quiet hours (8 AM–9 PM) and do not message on Sundays or legal holidays.

We respect the Utah do-not-contact programs and ensure your number is not messaged if registered.

7. Liability & Limitations

All Things Handy makes efforts to comply with applicable federal and state laws (e.g., UCPA, TCPA), but cannot be liable for technical SMS-related issues such as message delivery failures due to carrier or device issues.
